Let's Keep Walking
I find my momentum starting again, I've been learning to take control of my thoughts and even though it is hard, I believe that with strength and determination, I can have a peace of mind again.
I've learnt that when people criticize you, they are either:
- Insecure of who they are or what they have or
- Lacking in their own identity or
- Have nothing better to do.
I've had my fair share of criticisms over the years, such as when I left Church in 2007, my style of dressing, the way I sound like to even how I'm spending my time at home.
I was worrying constantly over how I would readjust back to school this coming October, but I trust God that He will make everything all right again.
How do you tell a real friend from just a normal friend?
1.) A real friend still answers your phone call despite you having not calling him/her for many years and remembers you.
2.) A real friend won't sugar coat his/her words all the time especially when you need to hear the truth.
3.) A real friend won't abandon you when you need help.
4.) A real friend doesn't just tell you that he/she loves you, he/she shows it in actions too.
How about you my blog readers and visitors? What is your own life experience? Feel free to share them in the tagboard.
