Upon loading Firefox, I got this message:
I then decided to restart Firefox in safe mode... Following which, I disabled all Addons (this is the main culprit --- a faulty or buggy addon) and Firefox loaded successfully.
Slowly one by one, I enabled back each addon and restarting Firefox each time I did that until...
Yes, the moment I enabled AVG SafeSearch and restarted Firefox, VOILA! The cause of the problem was indeed, AVG SafeSearch.
Amazing! The people at Google have done it again, this time with their very own web browser named Google Chrome. As quoted from the Google Chrome website:
