Amazing Monday

Yup, you read it right. Its an amazing Monday today! (I don't want my Mondays to suffer from the usual Monday blues, my goal, make them actually enjoyable and worth looking forward to!) I woke up at 10am, played MapleStory for a while and then proceeded to meet my godmum at Hougang Plaza for lunch at 12pm.

Over lunch, we chit chatted while enjoying sumptous Western food at the foodcourt situated just behind Hougang Plaza. I ordered fish n chips while my godmum ordered black peppered steak. (The fish and chips was just so nice! I love the big portions of baked beans and coleslaw!) We then walked over to a bubbletea shop outside Hougang Mall where godmum bought her bubbletea and we then went our ways.

I continued the day by heading over into Hougang Mall to return two books to the Cheng San Community Library. (Before that, I was having an awkward time trying to zip open my bag. Guess what, somehow a strap got enclosed to the zip and the sling causing my bag to not be able to be opened! Man, I was such a mess outside the Library trying to zip open my silly bag.) Anyway my good bad luck continued, while scanning my books at the checkout counter machine, the machine RESTARTED! (Argh! Tears my fluffy hair out!) I then had to went to the service counter to get my books scanned. :(

Before I left the mall, I "ta-pao-ed" a Golden Deal Meal 1 from Long John Silver and then left for home. (The packet containing the Golden Deal Meal 1 wasn't that golden, it opened during the trip home and I had to force it closed.)
