Worries
I find myself worrying too much about things in life, from school, friendships, stress to much much more.
There's so many what ifs going on in my mind all the time, do they sound familiar to you?
"What if I fail this upcoming test?"
"What if no one likes me?"
"What if I can't get a job?"
Let's learn to evaluate:
1.) Is the worry uncalled for?
2.) Is the worry worth that much attention and time?
3.) Does that worry help you in any way?
If a worry doesn't meet any of the 3 criteria, let it go. :)
