Sambal Nasi Goreng


I was feeling hungry and decided to cook for myself, Sambal Nasi Goreng (Fried Rice with Sambal Chilli). This dish is very delicious especially for the Sambal Chilli lovers out there! Below is the recipe for this dish:

Ingredients:
Cooked White Rice
Sambal Chilli
Sausages
1-2 Eggs
Dark Soya Sauce

Preparation:
Crack the eggs into a bowl, beat thoroughly.
Cut the sausages into small pieces.
Prepare a frying wok, add in a moderate amount of oil, using a large fire, heat up the oil.
Put in the sausages and fry for a minute.
Add in the eggs and fry.
Add in the rice and continue frying for a minute, adding in sambal chilli and a little bit of dark soya sauce.
Fry everything for another few minutes and serve.
