My Take On Using Ubuntu

I downloaded and installed Ubuntu and installed it as a Virtualized OS on my Windows Vista system. The overall experience was not that pleasant:

i.) Ubuntu failed to create/detect a root drive similar to Windows not detecting a C:\ drive.
ii.) The wireless control is totally horrendous! For my case, the system could detect my brother's wireless network but could not connect to it no matter what i tried. In the end I had to make use of the network sharing via the Virtualizer software to access the Internet.

On the other hand, I like Ubuntu for its look and feel, even though I am not that familiar with the Linux environment.
