Spiritual Abuse

When a leader tells his members that they cannot get attached with people from other churches because both parties are taught different Church doctrines and won't be able to flow along with their other half's Church.

When a leader tells his members that watching TV is demonic as the TV is wordly.

When a leader tells his members they have to attend every cellgroup meeting/service, if they do not, they do not have a heart for God.

When a leader asks his members why they never attend a service as they want to spend time with their loved ones.

All these are real life examples i encountered when i was in my former Church. Guess i made the right choice by leaving.
