How I Overcame My Insonmia
I would like to share with my readers on my own experience of overcoming Insonmia.

Daniel's 6 Steps To Overcoming Insonmia:
1.) Go to bed earlier than you normally would. Close your curtains to create a dark environment (and switch off that PC/mobile).
2.) Keep your eyes closed.
3.) Breathe in/out slowly and when you are breathing in/out, concentrate on the sound of your breathing.
4.) When any thoughts come to make you distracted, think this in your mind: "I cover this thought with the Blood of Jesus." If you are of another faith/free-thinker, try replacing the thought that comes into your mind with a blank thought.
5.) Keep reassuring yourself that you will fall asleep.
6.) Repeat Steps 2-5 until desired sleep is achieved.
Before long, you will be sound asleep.
Remember this principle: Sleep always starts in your mind. An occupied mind makes a restless night.
