Horrible Nightmare

I had this absolutely horrible nightmare while sleeping earlier on, inside my dream i was sleeping (ironic) and i "woke up" in my dream to being attacked by unseen beings in my room, i felt a stab inside my chest and stomach. The beings kept pushing me down onto my bed. I kept confessing the Word in my dream to no avail, then my fan started to float and i quickly tried to get out of my room calling to my elder brother for help. I then woke up immediately.

This isn't the first time i had such a nightmare, is it because of my Schizophrenia or is it because of my downward spiritual life since i left Church?

I prayed and committed myself back to Jesus before blogging this, in my heart, i kept thinking, "Is this a sign that i should go back to Church?"
