Uncomfortable

Last night after my cellgroup ended, we wanted to flag a cab to take us home, my cellgroup leader needed a cab urgently to go down to a place to collect her stuff. My cellgroup member waved at a cab which immediately flashed "Busy" on the LED screen on top of it, the same happened for the next cab which came. Both belong to this company:

I really wonder if Comfort has this policy for their drivers to choose their own passengers as they like and please...
