I believe many young Singaporeans cannot live without these "IT" things:
1.) Facebook (Everyone loves Pet Society! *smiles*)
2.) Blogs (Come on, who doesn't have a blog these days?)
3.) MSN Live (Urgh, all those nudgings are driving me nuts.)

Then came our first Internet connection access with the then SingNet. We connected to the Internet using a 56k Dialup Modem which grunted like an angry ox. Every second on the Internet was precious because we were charged based on the number of hours used with the additional cost of the telephone line.

The year 2003 was also the year I first experienced a system crash caused by a virus and it was no other then the Blaster/Sasser virus.
And now, moving on the present, Friendster was so yesterday. Facebook and MySpace is everything now. But, there will be a time when a new Web 2.0 web site overtakes their popularity and become the new No.1 social networking website.
Long live computers (and laptops) !!!
