Erm, Excuse Me

There were many times when I was walking behind an auntie or some person who was walking very very slowly often hogging the walkway especially when the walkway was crowded or very small and just when I thought I was making progress, the person in front suddenly "braked" and turned to look at a stall on the side or stopped to look back to see where his/her friends/family members are. I then had to squeeze past the person and if another person or people were walking from the other side, who knows when I could even get through to my destination.

On the streets, I often encounter people walking very very slowly and if I wanted to go past them on their left/right, by a miracle, they could pick up my intention and veer in the same direction that I wanted and block my way again.

Another group of people who irk me are the foreign workers who spit on the side of the road with no regards to the laws in Singapore concerning spitting in public and yes, I often see uncles doing that also.

Kids are a terror inside the Library. Parents let their offspring run around, screaming and shouting loudly like their pants are on fire and they need to soothe their burning bums so they can't sit still. These parents commit other "crimes" too like speaking on their mobile phones while their offspring are running around making all these noises.

I remember once when I visited this Library and my phone rang. I got hushed off by a Librarian. When I went back again time after time and heard peoples's phones ranging loudly, no Librarian hushed them at all except for only once when a Librarian hushed a foreigner for speaking very loudly and having a ring tone set at full blast.
